IMS Ltd was founded in 1982 and is part of the Netherlands based Pon Holdings, the distributor in Holland for vehicles and components from Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, Skoda, Porsche, Continental Tyres and Caterpillar along with the distribution for MAN in the Benelux and France, as well as, many more famous brands.
