IMS completes corporate restructuring IMS Limited, the UK’s exclusive distributor of SAF-Holland automotive equipment, has completed its restructuring process by refreshing its logo. The company took over the sales and marketing functions of SAF-HOLLAND earlier this year and as such, can provide a more complete service from pre-sale to aftermarket. IMS is the sole UK partner of SAF-Holland, whose products include axles, landing legs and fifth wheels, as well as, Outset On-Board weighing systems, Wihag commercial vehicle body parts and Cramer drawbar couplings. Established in 1982, IMS is part of Netherlands-based Pon Holdings, importers and distributors for MAN, Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, Skoda, Porsche, Continental Tyres, and Caterpillar in the Benelux, north Scandinavia, France, Poland, and North America. ends
