Warranty Claims and Documentation

Manufacturer-endorsed Training Programmes

As part of our ongoing drive towards improving the back-up we provide to customers, we have developed a series of factory-endorsed training modules which are outlined below. SAF-Holland design and manufacture some of the world’s hardest working axles which is why they are the first choice for an increasing number of fleet operators and trailer builders. To ensure the smooth and efficient running of equipment in an industry where high operational stresses are the norm, your axles need scheduled servicing by fully trained technicians using factory-approved tools and original parts. To meet these needs, IMS has created the only SAF-endorsed product training program.  The aim of the program is simple; to equip customers and service partners with the skills necessary to ensure that trailers fitted with SAF components always function at optimum efficiency with minimal downtime which in turn, means having the right maintenance protocols in place.

IMS delivers the only manufacturer-approved SAF product training in the UK & Eire. Training can be given at the customer’s premises or at IMS in Leicestershire. For more information please see video below.
